Default Strike-throughs

I've always seen the fun at other "nation-wide" Forums when they can use "strike-throughs".

E.g.:

Quote:
"Hi Family,
I'm looking forward to your extended visit [STRIKE]and an opportunity to use your new digital camera [/STRIKE] here at the lake.

Since you're arriving on Saturday [STRIKE]and I'd planned on doing some fishing that day[/STRIKE], we'll have to hit some yard sales your first day here."

Now, this post uses the "Enhanced" Mode, not "Guided" mode, and I can't tell the difference in operations, much less allow strike-throughs. (It doesn't work moving a successful "strike-through" word-processer document here, either).

I'm guessing it can't be done, since more-savvy folks here have never used it.
