Hi Chris,
I would be living there full-time with dogs and don't want them to get sick. It looks like there is enough of a problem with cyanobacteria that the Mirror Lake Protective Association sent a letter to residents acknowledging the "pollution" last year.

I don't want to be an alarmist, but it would really upset me if my doggies (or I) got sick from the lake.
