Saw a similar thing a few weeks ago. Road rage took over and both guys got out of their cars in front of the house one from a Chevy van and the other in a Mustang yelling obscenities at each other.
Well one of the guys got so heated that he ripped the radio aerial of the van and stabbed the other guy with it!
Cops showed up and took the guy that got stabbed to the hospital and I assume the other guy to the pokey.
Cops came around that night. Said the guy that got stabbed with the aerial off the van died and wanted to know if I witnessed the altercation.
I asked how did the guy die? Wound didn't seem that bad being high in the shoulder and all.
Cops said the man had a blood reaction to oil/grease that was on the aerial torn from the van.
Doctors said he died of "van aerial disease".
Just kidding....never happened.
