McDude, that wasn't a picture of our outhouse in the 4th of the July parade. Most of the parades we entered were back in the 1980's. We even won a few trophies!

The picture of the majorette though is my great aunt. She has always gotten dressed up over the years in groovy outfits and has a grand time.

Thanks everyone for sharing your memories/traditions of 4th of July! It has really gotten me in the mood. Driving up tomorrow morning bright and early to avoid the traffic.
