 I think if you check real close, you will see "nose wheels" in the floats on that 206.  So if the floats have wheels, that makes it an 
Amphib doesn't it..?  
Amphibs can land on water with the wheels retracted..OR.. land on dry land (like an airport) with the wheels extended...No..??
