My personal experience is very, very poor and there are enough bad experiences by others that I am beyond going back and will spend my 'dinner out' money elsewhere. We eat out often through the summer. Like most others, I also share good and bad experiences to others. I found the service to be extremely poor and the food just as bad.
People vote with their cash. My votes now go elsewhere.
Too bad too because I wanted to like the place (location, style and convenience). I would love to see a complete new approach to quality, value and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this rarely happens under same owners/management.
