I expect perfection if perfection is......
- getting you meal in less than a 90 minute wait while sitting at the table,
- having the order come out with the food that you ordered,
- having three meals come out reasonably together,
- having the food served acceptably warm,
- having food that tastes superior to microwave food,
- having your service with any type of smile or friendly approach,

I expect the meals to be expensive here, especially on season. I expect delays during peak hours. I strongly reward good service and less for poor service. Sure I could lower my standards and pretend this is OK, or simply go to others places and get better food with better service.
