I expect the meals to be expensive here, especially on season. I expect delays during peak hours. I strongly reward good service and less for poor service. Sure I could lower my standards and pretend this is OK, or simply go to others places and get better food with better service.

Well said...I expect edible food fairly priced.
Then again I've also mentioned on this forum I consider the Sandwich fair gourmet.
