I must say we have less bugs on the island. That being said, this past spring we had a lot of mosquitoes. The past couple of weekends we have been outside until nearly midnight without any bugs bothering us. We do keep a big outdoor fan at the house that we use when the bugs are bothering us. That really does the trick.
