Thanks for the replies. Believe it or not we still want to get this done, but with having to have several Oak trees removed at $1500.00 for just one, (Very Big Oak), and having my Propane Stove/fireplace thing installed at $1299.00, it is going to be next year now. Money is tight right now with these expenses.
I have printed out this thread for future reference. I am also going to side the house so whomever I chose will be doing this as well hopefully.
