Weirs Beach Village
HI! I am a sales person working for the agency representing Weirs Beach Village, Prudential Verani Realty. I'd like to update you on your questions regarding our community. We did get AG approval for Phase I late last fall. We started closings in December. We now have 11 families that have moved in and 2 more under construction that will close in Oct. and Dec. of this year. We have a few homes that are "move-in" ready now.
We have opened up a few lots in Phase II. The first loop road will be paved next week and the site work for the clubhouse & pool will begin this fall.
