This appears to be located in the historic district already. I will check the local zoning laws to see if there is some sort of standard that must be maintained on the appearance. That is original paint and trim so there is some compliance there.

It is amaziing that it is still (somewhat) afloat-a testimony to the preservation techniques used at the time of installation. Either that or it is resting on the bottom and can't go any deeper...
