Slightly off topic, but does anyone know why we ended up with Black and Red bouys? Red makes sense, bright, visable in low light, etc. But black?? Who hasn't been driving around in low light conditions squinting to find the black marker against the black sky and water? Why not bright green instead which would be way more visable than black?
