I'm inclined to agree. My advice: If you are a restauranteur getting some negative reviews here...just take the reviews into consideration..and
FIX the problem..and all will work out quietly.
The funny thing is, ...when someone is "Called' on their integrity..as they see it..(Such as a restaurant manager).... and the charges are obvious...ie poor food, poor service, etc. it can get very..... interesting..
