Ciao Pasta in Franklin. It IS good, although I've not yet posted about it myself. Go to Yelp.com for 4 reviews about this place. I'd give it 4 stars (out of 5, in Yelp).
They have an interesting ordering arrangement: You pick a Pasta, then a Sauce, then some Add-ins (e.g., meatballs, sausage, etc.), and the options within each step have different prices. It liked this system.
