Whatever company you end up with I highly suggest you: 
 
1.  Check and read your policy. 
 
2.  Make sure you have proper coverage for fire.  You can run into issues if you are over insured or under insured.   
 
3.  Check your deductible. 
 
4.  Know the difference between "fair market value" and "replacement cost".   
 
5.  If you have a disaster or fire does the insurance cover the removal of debris? 
 
6.  If you have a disaster does the policy cover living arrangments if home is uninhabitable? 
 
7.  If you have anything of exceptional value you may need an additional policy.
