Default Lake Winnipesaukee Barbecued Broccoli & Sward Fish

Jolt this, for the grille;

Title: Barbecued Broccoli & Sword fish

Description:
"Delightfully Delicious"

Ingredients:
1 Complete head broccoli
4 Cloves crushed garlic
Salt
Black pepper
5 TBLS. Bull'seye Smokehouse Hickory, or your
favorite barbecue sauce
1/4 of one 1/4 stick of butter, or to taste
2 1/2 to 3/4 lb. portions of fresh swordfish



Directions:
Criss cross 2 sheets of tinfoil, rinse deleafed head of broccoli with spring water, place in center of tinfoil, still wet,add ingredients on broccoli, (excluding swordfish), as it is cooked sepperately, close tinfoil completely around broccoli. (Swordfish) ; Rinse swordfish in spring water and place in center of criss crossed tinfoil, still wet, add ingredients on top of fish, add sauce last. Wrap up completely closed. Preheat grill, cover closed on meadium heat. Place portions of broccoli & fish on grill, close cover and cook on meadium heat for about 20 minutes. Be carefull oppening tinfoil, steam is hot!! Enjoy! Scallops are also very delicious cooked this way!
