We use B&B RV out of Ossippee. His name is Bob Burton and he does alot of warrantee work for Rv's and Park models. Not sure how different they are from an actual mobil home if different at all.
Bob has always done great work and fairly priced. He goes to Florida for the winter and is due back soon.
I will look for the number but it should be listed in the area.
