I just visited my neighbor (US Air Force Veteran) and he wished me a Happy Memorial Day and I stated the same to him.
This is a day of remembrance and thanks to all who gave the ultimate sacrifice, to our deceased veterans, and to the family members. I wish only joy and happiness to these family members. And a big hug to our Gold Star mothers.
