While I agree the lawsuit is over something that is spelled out in the deed, which expressly states that there is a right of way through the thurstons property. I can't help but believe Thurston's is refusing to open the gate because of the Wild Open Saloon issue. I think these things are very linked...

However Baldi does have a legal right to use the access....And Thurston in the end will loose...
