I agree the inn needs 'sprucing up'. They have a great function hall next door with a gazebo with a great lake view. A great spot for a wedding reception.

The Inn has a long history. In the beginning it was called the 'Barracks' in the late 20's and 30's. There was a rope tow in the back, possibly the first ski tow in the area before Gunstock. When the recreation area was built, the barracks was used to housed the workers. At one time it was the club house for 'Gunstock Acres' association.

Four years ago, it was up for sale with about 24 acres.
