if your boat is not in the water you could turn the battery switch to off..or if your boat is in the water and you need to leave the battery on for the bilge pump maybe install a separate shut off switch just for the audio system equipment...a nice stereo setup may have the audio stuff running off some bus bars as the connections to the power ..just put a disconnect or a water tight perko on/off switch between the equipment and the power source and at least it will shut all audio power to off until you can trouble shoot the original problem of intermitent power to the amps..
was this a factory setup or aftermarket ?
if aftermarket was it a pro install or a diy project..?
are you able to trace the power and ground connections for the audio?
and what brand amps are they?
