Reset the turbine if an Error Code shut down the turbine due to some problem detected by the software. The whole story seems very merky, and unlikely to me. There are
factions involved here and if anybody knows for sure..nobody's talking. I went to a town meeting last week where they were supposed to talk about the turbine problem. The topic was "Tabled" until a later date.
