Fay's does not add a stabilizer. Given the range of opinions among boaters as to what brands are good or bad, this may be a reasonable approach. Also many boaters burn through gas at a good rate in the summer and don't need it then.
We add stabilizer of our choice the last one or two fill-ups in the fall and we know what is in the tank.
