I think Hart's caters to the "big crowd" visitor. Grandma and Grandpa are in town, so let's take the whole gang down to the turkey farm for dinner.

Turkey dinner is always kind of festive. Most of us only make a big turkey dinner on Thanksgiving, so bringing the whole clan there is automatically an event.

It's really unfair to compare them with a regular resturant. They have only have other stuff on the menu because some people hate turkey and I guess they need something to get a few locals during the off season.

I would never even consider them unless older family members are visiting.
