Oh yes, but that's different
And of course that student can vote in Mass. too.... My son attends UMaine, and voted absentee. He is not going to vote in Maine also. That's the way it's SUPPOSED to work.
I think we all understand the reason for the particular court's decision and of course we also know who most students are going to vote for this election. 'Nuff said.
