Ordered June 23rd. Received July 19th.

One thing I'm concerned about is that they are talking about charging a fee to people who don't use their transponders right away or very often. This is really annoying because this is changing the terms after the sale. I'm an occasional toll user and got 2 transpnders. One of the cars rarely goes through tolls so I hope they don't make this change. Sounds like they are trying to FORCE those who bought transponders to drop using tokens immediately. What a mess this whole process has been.
