If this was a foreclosure it could mean that the debt was too high to continue running the business. As with the Sandwich Store, Robs (Fullers), and more too much debt makes things tank.
Sadly, the reviews of this establishment were mixed on TripAdvisor.

Look at the situation from a positive perspective. Based on the reviews on Tripadvisor, it is clear that these folks didn't have the money to maintain the facility. Hopefully, a new buyer will purchase the facility at a lower price and he/she will be able to offer a better product to the market. This is the way capitalism is supposed to work. Yes it can be sad but unfortunately it is necessary.
