While those are absolutely gorgeous pictures....didn't you capture a crime in action? Opechee contains salmon and salmon season is closed so unless he had a bass-specific fly on that a salmon would never touch...I think that guy is out of season.

I know you could say "he was targeting rainbows" but that wouldn't fly if I was trolling Winni with flies or spoons and a CO stopped me and I said "oh, I'm not targeting salmon, I'm targeting rainbows". Here's where it gets confusing...if I was ice fishing, I can say "I am targeting rainbows" and be OK even if I'm catching salmon as long as I release the salmon before it clears the ice. Point being though...I think a Conservation Officer would probably not like what he is seeing in that picture.
