Looks like a cheap solution is out of the question. They want something similar to what Gunstock uses ( http://www.usrelay.com/) with the 24/7 live feed. A lot of the web cameras around the area are picture based and/or super laggy. If you know of anything similar that is up to par with what Gunstock uses I'm open for suggestions.
