So you mean to tell me that you are adverse to profiting in the real estate market? Have you never sold anything for more than you paid for it? While I agree that some of the prices are astronomical compared to what you actually get for your money, it is simply the way it is. Sellers can ask whatever they want, people dont have to pay it if they dont want to. It is all buyer driven.
While I agree the pictures look a bit odd in design, I am a fan of log homes being that I own one, and look forward to seeing the end result. I like the stone on the foundation and would do the same on a log cabin. Mine is on pilings so it is enclosed in lattice and trim.
