The lake is big enough for mansions, log cabins, cottages and regular homes.
The property on my left, lakefront 5 bedroom, recently sold for just over 400K. A small house overlooking the lake to my right is selling for just under 200K. Another lot on the street was on the market for 1.5 million. So you can find homes on this lake for both the average Joe as well as the above average Joseph.

I agree with you. It is a big enough lake for all to enjoy whatever they want. What I do find interesting is that the ones who want the Golden Pond feel are the first ones to tear down an old camp and couldn't possibly live on the lake if they don't have air conditioning.
