I have called Dons 3 times this week and left messages and I still can't even get a call back. I have had trees down on my property and on my deck for a week now, I kind of expected a return call, I expect they are pretty busy but a return call shouldn't be too much to expect. Should it?

I had the exact problem with him. I called 3 or 4 times and never got a return call. I have no idea where you are located, but if your around the Alton New Durham area try Bruce
Waterman Tree Service. He answered right away and did an excellent job of removing 11 trees for me. His number is 776-6127
