If you were the driver of a truck that went thru the ice and a love one either died or was brain damaged, would you want to pick up the the newspaper every year at this time and read that you made an unfortunate decision to drive on ice.

The poor guy that drove the truck that his daughter rec'd brain damage got a divorce from his wife sometime after the tragedy and passed away recently at 56 years old. I'm sure his early death had something to do with what happened that day on the ice. His life was probably never the same after knowing that his child will have to have 24/7 care because of brain damage.

The only reason that it was in the newspaper again is because the mother of the brain injured child is community organizer for the Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire.

We all make stupid decisions during our time on earth and with any luck no one gets hurt or dies because of them.
