Does anyone have any intel on this? That location would be a great addition to the area, with the yacht club and Silver Sands right there and Meadowbrook concerts within walking distance. We would love a good seafood place close by since we are losing Sandy Point to new management. Any news?

That place has been closed for years, but for some reason when I would go by at night a few lights would be on ... Be nice if they did re-open as its sad to see places like that sit idle..
