Dealing with them has caused 5 families of over 40+ yrs. of renting at the same place to stop going there. My family never missed a year in over 60 yrs., but the last 8 yrs or so, PVR took over the bookings and it just got more expensive and less personal every year. I wrote to the owner of PVR and got nothing but patronizing comments, and finally spoke with the property owner, but nothing changed with PVR. Shame, but 'tis the way business is run, and I follow the bookings online for the property, and it goes down and down every year, where it had been full every week, of every year previously.
