I am in complete agreement with Mirror Lake. If you can handle those small tasks for one cottage, you will save yourself the commission you'd have to give someone like Preferred. We are coming into our third season and already we have repeat customers.

This company does a great job for us on our turnover dates. And as stated above, I was given advice and helpful hints when I had questions about renting out our cottage.
