I think that, since the head chef (Siobahn) and the manager (Rob) have both left, a lot of what made The Restaurant what it was has left as well.
They may be able to re-invent themselves, or they may not. The food was good but not great, but the ambiance was terrific.
Best of luck to them in a tough, tough business.
