Marshall's is coming to Plymouth, NH. Take exit 26 onto the Tenney Mountain Highway, NH Route 25, about one mile before you get to the Super Wal-Mart. It is going into a huge vacant space that was an Ames Dept store that's been closed for maybe 2-3 years. So, Plymouth will be getting both a new Marshall's, (tjx), and a nearby new Lowes, (low).

A question or all you NH tax mavens out there. Plymouth has had for years, a very high property tax rate due to the low selling price of their almost totally residential property base and the expense incurred with providing services to Plymouth State University. Will the new Ames & Lowes help the individual property tax payer in Plymouth and how so?
