I will never know because I'll never go there. But if you like what they serve and it is convenient for you to go there, then I would write the owner of the franchise and tell him/her what your experience with them has been in the past.
When a store serves eggs and vegetables and they don't even have a grill or chopping block, then probably most of what they serve comes in plastic buckets that was processed miles away from where it will be cooked and served. To do that the food needs to have preservatives that our bodies don't really need...mine anyway.
