Lyon's Den in Gilford next to the Marine Patrol HQ gets my recommendation. Slow-roasted prime ribs is often a special at Lyon's Den. You can call them and ask if it is on the specials menu and make a reservation, too. They honor reservations. This is not just call ahead seating. Friendly service as well in the family owned and run restaurant.
