Thurston's has been and is going strong. Like I said their launch ramp by the drive-in is available 9-5 daily by paying at the front office to have access to the key to open the ramp.
The Christmas Island property has a very large SOLD sign in front of it and the property has a boat launch ramp but whether it is open to the public at this time is in question.
