It is mostly related to the lookout tower that was built on Red Hill without building permits, and then the owner went for retro-active approvals. See the thread

While the meeting was somewhat chaotic, it was really quite good and entertaining. It is sad that the two were put through the wringer but what else gets 100 people out to an afternoon town meeting and lets our elected (and hired) officials show their true colors.
