The OP posted a picture of a
black box (repeated immediately below). Following that, the next photo shows the new
gray box.
It is unknown why this new
25-MPH sign (last photo below) turned up—on a
private roadway—which
immediately follows a narrow, cracking, bumpy, twisty
public roadway marked
30-MPH!
There have been
no indications of "off-road-excursions" within the highly-manicured grassy swales of this
private land's curve.
