I don't think it's an uncommon experience at all. Last week a package that was long overdue went missing. "No further tracking information is available" is what it said online. And, yes, the address was 100 percent correct. Then yesterday I received an email saying a package I placed with a different company was returned to them. I called and said to please resend because, again, the address was correct. What's going on?????

One other complaint I have is that the Lakeport (Laconia) post office is closed every day from 1:15 to 2:30 so that the postal lady can have lunch. That's a very long lunch break. Yup, even the week before Christmas! Totally unacceptable, IMHO. And then the postal service wonders why they are running in the red?????
