Smile USPS Package Delivery

I don't have a beef with the USPS on regular mail and have not had a problem with them very often. When it come to packages however, they drive me crazy. My packages are hung from the mailbox, crushed into the mailbox, dug into snow banks on the side of the road, left in the rain... I had a hiker find one in the wood that had blown away. UPS and Fed Ex deliver packages to my door. If they are worried about the driveway, they hoof it. On two occasions, they felt it was unsafe to walk down the drive, they called me and asked if I preferred to come up and get it or they could deliver it another day. It's not about pension funding (imaging that..they are required to actually pay for their benefits like all of us have to) or unions. It's called customer service and until the USPS get's it, they will not succeed. I actually avoid on line purchases that are delivered by USPS. Aaahh...now I feel much better. Nothing like a little rant.
