Don't know how long it's been since you've played vinyl. I know they're not as convenient as cd's or iCloud, iPod or iPhone but they sure sound great; smooth and warm. I try to increase my collection as I'm able from Amazon (lots of good used vinyl) or from sites like Music Stack or Tosca. Maybe a couple of times got "burned" but for the most part, these sellers want to keep their good reputation. I understand it really depends how much you're into it. That's awesome you still have the old KLH "record player" as Dad called them. Here's an old Garrard exactly like the one I grew up with (see attached pic). It's an old mono. That thing was built like a tank. They want $350 for it on eBay. Anyway, here's a link to something you might find interesting.
