Yeah, I stood out there last night freezing my ... off and didn't see any green curtains myself either. The moon was interesting though. Due to the angle of reflection last night, many of the southern craters were lit better so as get more shadow to make them stand out more.
The moon was extremely bright at around 3:30 yesterday but I didn't get home until after 5 to take this picture.
