Your post was just in time before we head up to the Lake for the Week-end.

Do I take it from your post that the Pyramid of poles- Is in fact close to the FL44? and thus if you favor the Black Top (other side) your out of harms way??

Also, seems wierd that the Marker isn't set atop this obstruction -- clearly if a 22ft boat caught it, I can't imagine what it would do to the underside of some of the cruisers I see run through there! This ought to be interesting next year when this becomes the passage of choice to duck around the new NWZ approved for the other side of Eagle.
