Irving
I am also a low volume propane user. When I checked prices 2 years ago Irving was the best deal. They are headquartered in Canada so not really local but service/tank instal comes from Concord. I was and am happy with them. I have one tank that has a gauge and I am a "will call" customer. There is no charge for the tank they provide and no charge for them bringing the tank and install.
I found Eastern Propane to be the most expensive.
